REAL ESTATE TINDER. It is 2019. A listed property’s photos online ARE a property’s First Showing. The last thing a seller wants is for buyers looking online at photos of their home, is for buyers to “swipe left.”
The real estate market tells us week after week the successful formula for selling a home. Property line to property line staging, preparation with Excellent photos + Pricing = Top Dollar with Least Time Possible On Market (in Every Price Point!) We are also entering ‘Backyard Season’ in a region of the country where we enjoy our backyards at least 3/4ths of the year. Backyards are the equivalent of practical living space & have big impact on offers.
Congratulations to this month’s clients “M&S” who followed this formula to the ‘T’!! Prepared, staged their home inside, outside, garage & the property itself for professional photos day. Result: Under Contract ZERO days on market. The Buyers’ “first showing” = online photos & the only showing the Buyers deemed necessary to make an offer.
Moral of the Story: Don’t be penny-wise and dollar-foolish. It is better Financially for sellers to delay entry into the market/MLS than to rush to list a home that is not ready.
